It's not a solution for the broadcasters. They would have to spend twice for
broadcasting the same program for all listeners. They couldn't use the same
transmitter/antenna to move from analog to digital if the band changed.
Furthermore this would waste frequency resources.

I dont know any furrin "languages'' and I am not going to learn any of
them either.If you can't or wont speak American English Language to
me,,, Then I can not talk to you,take it or leave it.Most of the World
speaks the English Language.They have to because that is Business.
