which I am a member, uses a definition of "raza" from a work of literature
by Vasconcelos that refers to "the cosmic race" which is man after he sheds
his prejudices.

Why? there has certainly not been a groundswell of new listenership for SW.
One of the facts we deal with is the declining number of stations and
