HANDBOOK are now listed for pre-order from Amazon.com.

Their current prices are $14.92 and $18.87 respectively.

If you are interested in these books, I recommend placing them in your
"Wish List" and ordering them when a publication/shipping date becomes
firm. I should expect that PASSPORT will be issued in October and WRTH
in December or January.

I personally buy both of them every year.
