Put your thinking cap on. This is obviously for sale by one of those outfits that cruises about looking for stuff to
sell. Probably know nothing about radio.

There is no reserve on the radio, and it is currently at $909.00.

Could be a good deal for someone who might figure that even if there is something wrong with it, they can still get it
serviced, up and running, for a very good price vs. the cost of a new one.

Now at $1590.00 with a bit more than two days to go.

Even if the price goes up another $750, and the buyer had to send it
back for factory service to correct any undocumented problems, the buyer
would still come out ahead on this.

Yep, that's what I figure. There was another that popped up briefly today for sale with a starting price of something
like $3700, but rather rapidly withdrawn I suppose when the seller may have discovered this current auction going on.

I am not so sure about that, when my friend had to send back his 340 to TT
last year for a small issue he got the MOST MISERABLE SERVICE over the
course of SEVERAL MONTHS !!!!!! and had to send a registered letter to even
get a response and eventually got a half assed apology from a vide
president. He did get it back fixed after several months !!!!!!!!

my friend said that if the 340 wasn't so great he would sell it and **** on
TT

unless you are a GOVT or industrial customer then the service you get from
TT is a CRAP SHOOT......keep your fingers crossed that you will get it back
in less than 6 months.

That's simply not true, Mike. I sent my 350 to TT for a minor repair
and a touchup and it was done, on time, as they promised, for less than
$100.

And my experience is not unique. There are many here who have had
similar experiences. And recounted them, as I did earlier this year.

I've found them to be helpful when I simply needed a question
answered, sometimes offering detailed advice. And no one would mistake
me for a governmental nor industrial customer.

it is TRUE for my friend.........

and my experiences have been the same....

so in my book, that is 100% failure on their part...
