Attached are the before and after pictures of a RCA 100 speaker that was
damaged in shipment. I used fabric glue and coffee filters to attached the outside area and used a manila envelope paper to recreate the inner half of the cone. The glue around the inner cone pulled the paper flat to the existing outer remains and this created a buckle in the new inner cone as shown in the picture. I am still working on the radio to drive this so I don't know how it will sound. I gave the cone a light coat of paint to even out the colour differences.
