Boy Scout Sea Base Florida (info??)

I am going to Sea Base in a few weeks..
Anyone know the conditions at the Florida Sea Base facility?
Can I run an antenna for 20 meters?
Is there AC there for a charger?
Do you have cell service there? Which service etc. T-Mobile, etc?
