How much CW do you hear on two meters? Not very much. CW is primarily
a HF mode.

If an FM rig is all one has for 2m, it is easy to believe that there is
little CW activity on that band.

the constition amend 10 restricts anything note covered by the document
to states or to the people

the supremacy cluase makes the constituion and the traties the supreme
law of the land

therfore anything not coevered by the constituion or by treaty is Mine

therefore as matter of law the burden is on the resrictin to prove it
is needed till 2003 code testing had that ..now it does not have that
most persons agreed ONLY the treaty langauge kept the testing in place

why drop it becuase it can not justified as a matter of law

interesting that the forger chooses to forge this post a copy of one I
