it is quite possible he passed the test today. used to be the results had to
be submitted within 10 days. I believe the RAO from the FCC issued effective
12/15 or prior to that - eliminated a "time frame" for results to be placed
into their hands or those of the VECs. SO - therefore - if the VEs were to
hold the paperwork for 30 days - yes - it is very likely he could have done
it.
