WTB Cheap VHF (airband) receiver

I would like to buy a cheap radio that receives airband communications
(108-137 MHz). Used, beat up, needs bailing wire for an antenna, only
works when the left side is elevated 3 inches - I don't care.

Cheap as in up to $30. Location New Mexico, USA.
