FS: IC-251A 2M multi-mode

Is 10w output, has been sitting 2-3 years, couple pots are scratchy from
non-use (Mic & Sql), all seems to work, cosmetically nice, comes with SM-5
station mic and Op Manual. Has AC connector on rear, did not test 115
operation. Will do so.
Will make great 2M station or 2M I.F. xcvr for micro-wave bands. Is excess
and am 'cleaning out' lotsa stuff. b/o $225
