Not really a radio item but you could have a need for it if you wanted to be
able to run tests on your leased lines for a tone remote.

Northeast Electronics 1125 Tester. Used by telephone technicians to check
for noise and signal degradation on phone lines. Used but in good
condition. It has a calibration sticker for 2001 (I think--will verify for
you at a later time). $125 plus shipping, weighs about 15-20 pounds.
