I want to buy an older 2 meter mobile (10 watts or better) to donate to my
HOA for an Emergency Station for hurricanes and such. Its my gateway into
putting up a push-up pole. Got the Association to approve one, if they get
the other.

I don't know if you got my email or not. But I have an IC-280 that should
fill the bill for your needs. Of course you'll need an antenna and a power
supply, although if it's for emergency use you probably should have a
storage battery for it, on trickle charge. It has a microphone and power
cord.
