Default FS: 10-40 meter WINDOM Antenna - - New

You are bidding on a NEW 10 through 40 meter Windom antenna.

This Windom is THE BEST all around ham radio antenna available.

It covers 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 20 and 40 meters.

It is made of strong number 10 gauge, 19 strand copper wire.

You can feed it with regular 50 ohm coax (RG-58 or RG-8X or RG-8A/U),
450 ohm twin lead or a single wire.

It's overall length is 67 feet.

The antenna is completely assembled and ready to go. All you do is
attach your feed line, put it up and start transmitting (NO CUTTING,
NO TUNING, NO ADJUSTING).

It is designed to be at least 15 feet off the ground...but the higher
the better.

This Windom is light weight (about 2 3/4 pounds) so it is easy to put
up and keep up.

This Windom is made of very high quality, very strong, 19 strand
copper wire. This wire makes a fantastic antenna because of the amount
of surface area (skin effect) available for transmitting and receiving
signals. The more surface area you have the more gain and the more
broad banded your antenna will be.

You can install it in a dipole type configuration, an inverted "V"
type configuration or in a sloper configuration.

This antenna will out preform a dipole, G5RV, sloper, vertical, and
most other single element antennas.

The price is $19.95
