Default Help Echolink to controller

Hi
I have a NHRC-10 Controller to a WB2REM board the lower price
version. And I hooked it up today, I connected to someone and they
hear me fine, but when they come back to me I see the remote side of
the NHRC-10 with the PTT light, but doesn't key the main side to go
out on my repeater.
It needs COS. I originally had it on an Icom radio as remote, But
wanted to go straight to the controller.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.....Rich
