Anybody in to Heathkits would likely be interested to read or bid on an unassembled Eico from the 1940's Oh well....they are letting their success spoil them! Uhh no, it's at the request of the copyright holders - if you post an ad for a Kenwood radio, and say "Like Yaesu", you are using Yaesu's copyrighted name. Why should Yeasu allow that? eBay simply acts on behalf of copyright owners. And if I'm searching for Yaesu, I don't want to see a "Like Yaesu" radio that doesn't look anything like Yaesu, nor if it's not Yaesu. -- To reply, remove TheObvious from my e-mail address. |
