FS: IC-251A 2 M All mode

Is 10w output all modes, power adjustable FM mode only, works ok, good
condx, minor problem = 1 extra bar lit under 1mhz display, w/ Owner Manual
schem's etc. Is excess to me, have multi-band thru 70cm, this just sits.
Very useful as 2M I.F. for 903-1296 other bands which require 144mhz I.F.
