FS: IC-251A 2m Multi-mode

144-148 mhz SSB-CW-FM, 10w, cosmetics clean, new hand mic, internal p.s.
(but is not functioning, always used station supply anyway...probably cap or
xstr), w/ manual & schematics $225. + shipping help. Replaced this rig
long ago with newer all band , all mode, has been sitting. al
