Default great antenna amplification/tuner setup $90 !

I have some extra items I need to sell and put together this great setup !

you attach your antenna to the MFJ 956 tuner then to the KIWA SW broadband
pre-amp then to your receiver

the tuner can be grounded or bypassed or you can use it to preselect signals
between 150kHz and 30 MHz. then the KIWA preamp amplifies a narrow range of
signals instead of everything off the antenna. this will reduce problems !

the KIWA sells for $109 and the MFJ for $50 !

you can go to www.kiwa.com and www.mfjenterprises.com for more info.

Mike - isn't there a one piece preselector/amp that will do the same thing?

Ford and Toyota are both pretty mainstream cars.

I suggest you do some research on toyota and ford. they are not in the same
category for customer satisfaction, quality and performance.

that is why I haven't owned anything but toyota for over 20 years. every one
I have owned has been outstanding. I put over 500,000 miles on them and they
ran great. my 93 corolla with 138,000 miles is still running better than
most american and some oriental cars are new.
only thing I really ever had to replace was the stupid american built
starter, none of the japanes parts ever failed.
so you see, Ford is not Toyota and will never be.
MFJ is not KIWA and never will be.

I second that. I'd take my 200,000 mile 1985 Toyota 4x4 truck and put it up
against any Ford POS any day of the week. Toyota made them right (read 22RE
motor) and still makes them right. The US makers just can't seem to make
their recent (last 30 years) vehicles last.

Take a look at your local lemon lots the next time you drive by...you'll see
plenty of American "workmanship" but not a great deal of foreign. The
foreign rigs are paid for, and still on the road at 200K miles +.
