Default WTB Hitachi 628512 ram chip

Trying to find one of these chips. I think it will upgrade the Kam Plus
mailbox memory.

Check this link, all it is, is a 512Kx8, or 4 meg sram, and here is the
cross reference to other makes;

And here is one at Newark that is Non-volital sram 512k x8
