Any Tom, Dick and Harry can copy and build a circuit out of a book.
But it takes a top-class engineer just to look at a strange circuit and describe what it does, how it works. These days, there are mostly Tom's, Dick's and Harry's! ==================================== Amendment - For "circuit" read "antenna".
