Default Cheap vertcals

I want to put up some inexpensive vertical antennas for 20 thru 80 meters.
They will be temporary not being there more than 3 years. Would EMT conduit
hold up this long

SURE!

But, EMT is a 'soft' aluminum and will require guying and/or other support. It
is soft so electricians can bend it around corners.

EMT conduit is NOT made from aluminum but galvanized coated steel. It comes
in different sizes but they are not a tight fit from one size to the other.
It would possibly last 3 years if you are not too close to salt water.

There is also such a thing as aluminum electrical conduit. I am using an 8
foot length as an antenna mast that measures about 1-7/8 OD. There is a
tribander directly above to rotator, a 6 meter 7 element beam at the top,
and a 2 meter 10 element in the middle. It has been up 7 or 8 years, gone
through high winds, and has shown no signs of bending or corrosion. It is
fairly soft, but has thick walls; still, a lot lighter than steel.
