It's broad because of the relatively high frequency, relatively narrow bandwidth and it being *not* inductively loaded. Try the identical design cut for 80 meters which is a much lower frequency and a larger band (500 KHz) and you will be singing a different song. :-) Have fun! 73, Bill W6WRT |
