Hi!
I have to write a seminar which subject is Patch Antenna. I need to find all parameters regarding Patch Antennas for my seminar. I was googling and couldn't find such thing. Everything I'd found was How to construct PA, but I don't need that at the moment. If anyone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate that. Thank you! |

Look for articles by David Pozar or search for "microstrip patch antenna" or, most antenna textbooks have a section describing them. A quick and dirty model is to consider them as two small magnetic loops. |

Hi Mario, If you have limited time, hire an antenna specialist to help you setting up the seminar an providing knowledge. If you have more time, Artech House has some nice books on strip line and patch antennas (www.artechhouse.com). Go to the antennas & propagation section or us the search option. If you are just interested In parameters (bandwidth, radiation pattern, axial ratio, gain, etc) from existing antennas, try to find antenna manufacturers and look into their datasheets. "I have to write a seminar which subject is Patch Antenna." The 3rd edition of "Antennas For All Applications" by Kraus et al is available in paperback from Mc Graw-Hill. It has dimensions, construction, action, impedance. drawings, diagrams, directivity, effective height, bandwidth (attributed to Jackson and Alexopolus), matching to microstrip, arrays of patches, bibliography of microstrip antennas, directional patterns of some arrays, and a comparison of a 4-patch CP array with the axial-mode helix (a Kraus invention) (see page 328). Thank you all very much. I hope that I will find these books and manage to
write a seminar. Thanks again. Regards, Mario "Mario" wrote in message ... Hi! I have to write a seminar which subject is Patch Antenna.
