I can attest to Davis RF (http://www.davisrf.com/) being good folks to deal with. Good evening, Bryan. Yes, unfortunately their website is something with which they may as well not even have bothered. Some of the prices are absent, some are stated as ranges like "$60-$80", and some like the Cadwelds they advertise as "average cost". So, you need to call them up and jump through hoops to get something as basic as a price. And there appears to be no way to order anything on their website. I much prefer to support and patronize companies that make an effort to make the buying experience as convenient for their customers as they can, for example DX Engineering has done a much better job. If I find that Ham Radio Outlet in Salem, NH doesn't have anything like that in stock, I'll no doubt order some from DX Engineering. (Thanks, Shadow, for the pointer to DX Engineering.) |
