Default Filtering BPL from powerlines

Actually, from a purely engineering efficiency point of view, getting it up
there around 2-6 ghz would be the cost effective solution. You need less
power and what power you do put on the wire tends to stay quite close to it
for long distances....plus there's tons more spectrum available.
