Cut it for a multiple of 1/2 wavelengths.... Use type "f" connectors
and adaptors to uhf or whatever you want to use.... When the transmission line is cut for a multiple of 1/2 wavelength for a particular frequency, you can put 100 ohms at one end and it will see the exact impedance at the other end....
