Thanks Mike GW3YKZ i've used both a high-sierra and yaseu ATAS antennas and both have been fine choices. the high-sierra was the first model they manufactured many years ago. that was on the back of my 1st motorhome. i now use a Yaesu ATAS-100 motorized/multi-band antenna and it too works as advertised. the ATAS is smaller and easier to mount but covers only down thru 40m. the newer high-sierra models require a more heft mounting solution but can tune down to 160m. 73, rich, n9dko |
