Default Info on Cushcraft R3 triband vertical

Does anyone have a info on the Cushcraft R3. I have acquired one from
a friend who found it at an estate sale.
Cushcraft has nothing on their web site, only a R5 and R7 which look
completely different.

I know an insulator is missng on the base but I'm not surewhat else
might be missing and I have no manual.

Any help would be appreciated.

"I know an insulator is missng on the base "
That was the only part worth salvaging.
Explains why it's missing.

Hi Jim,

You can look at the history of any web site by going to
http://www.archive.org and look back through time to see how their web
page has changed. For example, look at:

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://cushcraft.com

I looked through the Cushcraft web site content between Mar 29, 1997 and
Jun 02, 2002, and while the site has changed in looks, they really
didn't do much for content until recently. I couldn't find a thing
about the R3 antenna.

But at least you might be able to use this as a reference for other
"ancient" (pre-2000) hardware.

All the best, and 73,
Dave
