What tuner specs do I look for?

Tuners don't have specs. The sales blurb NEVER tells prospective customers
what they really need to know - just the maximum setting values of the
tuning capacitors in pF and of the coil inductance in microhenries. Its too
late to find out the hard way after you've bought the useless thing.
