Gee Cecil! I have just been convinced that there is nothing you can do to an
antenna to improve communication!
I am now content with the notion that propagation controls communication
and nothing you can do to an antenna to change that TOA ....Grin

Just ran a 2-element 20m beam at a height of ten feet and
got a TOA of 55 degrees. Ran it at a height of 100 feet
and got a TOA of 10 degrees.

Then you obviously either didn't read or didn't understand all that was
