Why would the mention of a particular type of tool frighten you so
much that you would be compelled to interject a disparaging comment
about it? The world and usenet are very big places and not all of it
is the UK.

That would be by "whom". In some cases, each other.

What's to say that the possession of firearms by the citizens of this
country hasn't prevented the invasion of this country? (or that it
hasn't.?)

It is hard to know what 'didn't' happen for a reason....

written by a ham for all. $ 6.00 to buy it.

it is very easy to use and tells you the bands
and privilages you can use, creates all the files
for submission to arrl.
