Unfortunately, I don't have that edition.
Is it four windings? 1---/////////---2 3---/////////---4 5---/////////---6 7---/////////---8 with (1 to 5) and (3 to 7) as the unbalanced input, (4 to 6) tied together, and (2) and (8) as the balanced output? Yes, but they are not windings. They are parallel conductors in pairs. 1 and 3 form one pair. 5 and 7 the other.
