Hello all,
I was just doing some more reading and came up with a few more questions. It seems that I failed to take into account adding a harmonic filter between my antenna and RF amp. However, in regards to low power transmission (100W), would I still need harmonic filters? I saw a design for a 1kW AM system and it had several huge harmonic filters. I think the total weight was about 60 lbs. I want to keep my system as small as possible. Is there an alternative setup to get rid of the harmonic filters? Thanks! |
