The HQ-180 has recently gone for $655 and as high as $1725 on
eBay...Hope it plays as good as that!

All of them have been going for from $400 to $700 over the time that I
have been watching (last couple of months). Then we have ONE of them that
goes for $1700++? Doesn't that look a little suspicious to you guys?

Everything is worth only what someone else is willing to pay for it.

The HQ-180 sold new for $429 in 1959. In today's dollars, that would
be $2,993. From that perspective, and the fact that the HQ-180 is a
desireable collectable, $1,725 seems like a bargain.
