It's a 9-pin plug you seek, not an 8-pin. They're mighty hard to find. Here
is a link to a surplus store that may carry them. I've found a few oddball parts here over the years: http://www.montagar.com/~patj/nortex.htm 73 and good luck! Dean K5DH In article , says... The 86 series has an alignment keyway in the center (which is not energized - and does not count as a pin). Readily available, being mfg. everyday in Salem, NJ.
