Cabinet for a Hallicrafters SX-11

Hi,

I'm going to have some wood cabinets build to closley match those that
could be purchased for the Hallicrafters SX-11. I am in need of
cabinet mesurments and pictures. I'm especially interested in what the
back of the cabinet looked like. Can anyone out there supply pictures
or a source for same?
