Bama sites seem to be getting more and more erratic. I've always used

probs just like the real BAMA SBC site.

Hi,

I've had good luck with the edebris site using FTP directly:
ftp://216.24.174.245

Just remember not to try to download more than one document
at a time, or you'll get the "Too Many Connections (1)"
warning. The downloads are slow, but at least they happen.
