Default The roots of WKRP in Cincinnati

WKRP was based on WQXI-AM. Dr Johnny Fever was Skinny Bobby Harper and
Venus Flytrap was Night Train Lane.

In 1979, a station is Dallas, Ga got the callsign WKRP. (The wanted WDLS
but WKLS objected), so Mitch Lepord got that call.

I worked there in 1981-1982. Still have some airchecks.

First record play on WKRP in Dallas, GA was Lonsome Loser, and it was
started off at the wrong speed! LOL 33 1/3 instead of 45.
