Educational Media Foundation has closed on its $625,000 purchase of Rock
105.5 WROK-FM Macon GA from Cumulus Medias Joule Broadcasting divestiture
trust.

WROK-FM has flipped from Rock to EMFs K-Love Christian AC network. That had
been heard in the market on the combination of Flinn Broadcastings 102.1
WWWD Bolingbroke and EMFs 102.5 WZCH Warner Robins.

Midlands Media Group Acquires 94.3 WWNQ Columbia SC

Following its sale of AAA 92.1 The Palm WWNU Irmo/Columbia SC to Radio
Training Network, Davis Media is selling Country 94.3 The Dude WWNQ Forest
Acres/Columbia to Midlands Media Group for $900,000.

Also included in the sale is local news website ColaDaily.com. The
purchasing group was led by former WWNQ/WWNU GM and minority owner Kirk
Litton. Litton spent much of his career in sales in the Washington DC
market. Programming Consultant Keith Clark Stover is also involved in the
group. Stover previously spent fifteen years at CBS Radio Pittsburgh as
VP/Programming.

Joe Soto Fills Doug Banks' Slot At WVAZ

Following the passing of Doug Banks in April, iHeartMedia Urban AC V103
102.7 WVAZ Chicago is promoting Joe Soto to fill his afternoon drive
timeslot. The Chicago native has been filling in the afternoon period since
Banks passing as opposed to his previous 7pm-12am evening shift.

iHeartMedia Chicago taps Joe Soto to host afternoons from 2-7pm on Urban AC
WVAZ-FM (V103) live in-studio, effective immediately. Soto, a 36-year
veteran, is most familiar to Chicagoland listeners as host of The Real Show
and Back in the Day on V103. He previously co-hosted mornings on co-owned
WGCI-FM. Soto has multi-format experience hosting shows in Dallas, Rockford
and for ABC Radio Networks.

Im proud to have Joe Soto take the reins of afternoon drive on V103, said
iHeartMedia Chicago Director of Urban Programming Derrick Brown. Ive known
Joe for over 25 years and worked with him on several occasions, most
directly at V103 for almost a decade. Hes a proud son of Chicago, a
hilariously talented theatre-of-the-mind entertainer, and die-hard Cubs fan.
