Partial ownership of fantastic 4-station group in
Northern Michigan by Lake Huron. (One of the Great
Lakes, silly!)

Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with

appraise at $600,000. The station's total billing was
about $800,000.

Three FM's and one AM. Here is the breakdown.
1-Class C1 FM, 100,000 watts ERP.
1-Class C2 FM, 50,000 watts ERP.
1-Class C3 FM, 20,500 watts ERP (25 KW but excessive
ht. above avg. terrain)
1-AM, 5000 watts days, less at night, non-DA.

In three communities. A "showcase"

Only those fully identifying themselves will be told
the call letters and cities of license.

Tel: (478)741-1710 in Macon, GA.

I am not a crook, shill, agent, owner or part owner.

If you couldn't get anyone to even give you $5,000 trying for an
Oregon AM in these groups and elsewhere for weeks, why do you think
someone would give you $100,000?

Just doesn't seem likely. Shoot for the practical, at least.

What are YOU doing to get some ownership for yourself, or to keep these (or
any other) hometown stations from becoming voice-tracked corporate outposts?
It's always easy to criticize those who have the courage to try.
