Some IMPORTANT last minute info on some 3/14/04 DX tests:

1) The WNNR-970/WVOJ-1570 test for 3/14 has been CANCELLED; the 1570 station
changed hands earlier than expected and the new folks need to start their
testing, and the engineer for 970 reports some recording problems with the audio
file that was to be used. The WNNR-970 kHz test has been TENTATIVELY rescheduled
for 3/21/04, same time - more updates to follow.

2) Concerning the KEVA-1240 DX test, also on 3/14/04, the engineer passes this
along:

As I was programming in the DX test Morse/Voice ID's this morning I decided
to just take the 10 minute loop and program it back to back to back so it
will just about fill the entire hour. ABC News will run at 1am, then a
weather forecast at 1:05, then into the test. And will continue for the
next 57 minutes. So I want to hear from EVERYBODY! You can sit there and
PARK on 1240. It is bound to pop through at some point! That gives all of
you almost an hour!
