Default For New Hams

Step 31. If you hear someone playing music on cb channel 14, don't
check it out first to see if it's a kid next door or down the street
playing music legally on an old 100 milliwatt cb channel 14 kids
walkie-talkie handed down to him by his grandfather or bought at a
pawn shop or flea market.

Instead, just automatically assume that it's an illegal transmission
and immediately report it toi the FCC as an illegal transmission and
turn the kid in.

After all, why go to all the trouble, bother, and hassle of first
checking out whether it's a legal transmission or not. It saves you
much more time to just immediately assume, immediately report, and
imediately turn the kid into the authorities without bothering to
first check the facts of the situation.
