Default unoffensive speech offensive on ham radio

Why do most hams find normal common
unoffensive everyday words used in Appalachia
even more offensive than they find the call
letters "W5TIT""?

For example, most of the older folks know
what a decline in service there's beem in
service in the past few decades.

You can come out of the grocer, het in your
car or truck, turn on your mobile ham rig, and
simply tell the ham you're talking to you thatt
you're coming from a good grocer you just
found who still gives you a poke.

Then all of a sudden, the majority of hams
suddenly go ballistic,

and start falsely accusing you of saying
" offensive ddirty filthy vulgar things that don't belong on a family
service like ham tadio is" and threaten to report you to the FCC for
doung
so.

Even though you did no such thing and didn't
say anything filthy, vulgar, or wrong.

And if you really want to get them riled up,
just mention the name of the food,
"pigs in a poke", then in addition to the
above, they also accuse you of lcalling them names ("pigs" for
sseveral reasons) and ibeling and slandering them by saying that they
do dirty filt y vulgar disgusting things that they bever did in their
entire lives.

and threaten to both turn you into the FCC and
take you to court.

Even though you never accused them of any
such thing.

I wonder why they find "pids in a poke" so
offensive.

And if you really want to get their goat
(which is very risky when dealing with
hams), just tell them that you told your kids
to be polite by (the kids) giving everyone a
poke at the stores where the kids work at,
and then the majority of hams start falsely
accusing you of saying and doing very offensive dirty vulgar things
things
that will land you in prison for the rest of
your life.

(even though you never said no such thing
and never did no such thing.)

And also .make cracks about that's the
reason why your entire county can operate
under a single GMRS radio liscence.

You can get on the radio,
say simple common everyday unoffensive
sentences and end up in prison for the
reat of your lives from the hams falsely
accusing you of saying and doing things
you never said or did.

That's ham radio.

I guess we all know where the hams' minds are
since they come up with such vulgar
offensive thoughts from non-offensive
speech.
