No. CB is noisy and full of foul language (on standard AM, sideband ops are much better).

But, with decent antennas, it is far better for mobile use than FRS
and FRS/GMRS hybrids(which aren't "real" GMRS radios).

MURS equipment is hard to come by, but is 2 watt FM with external antennas.

It is NOT hard to come by... try the 10 channel TEKK NT-10 2W handheld
with external antenna and NOAA Weather Channel provisions... available
from a number of sources online for $129.

There are others as well... check the archives in the MURS-OPEN group
for more info.

Don't let Stew (Horseshoe7) fill you full of BS. FRS does what it's supposed to do:
A short range communication device. For some it's all they need...

If you never need to communicate more than about 1/2-mile, then FRS is
what you want. Otherwise, go with Ham, MURS, "real" GMRS, or even 11m
CB radio.
