Did you open up your radio and "tinker" with it? If so, you voided all claims
to the warranty. NO vendor that I'm aware of allows return or warranty
privleges once the radio has been opened.

I did quite a bit of business with Copper 15-20 years ago. My orders were
always filled quickly and arrived without any hassle. Their prices were always
below my local retailers, even after adding the shipping charges.

If Copper is really as bad as you say they are, how is it they've managed to
stay in business for all these years?
