It took me two weeks to go from start to passing my code test, and I don't even like Morse code. When I passed my 13 wpm test I was proud of my ham license, because I had to work for it. There is no pride in being a CB'er, because you don't have to earn it. I'd like to see the code requirement go back to 13 wpm for HF access.
