been extended until 30 September 2006 to include Blackburn, Bolton,
Burnley, Oldham, and Rochdale."

For those who do not know, CADS is a recently proposed service which would allow religious
groups to broadcast their services on one of the CB bands here in the UK.
It was initially put on a one year trial, in 4 UK cities, but that was extended for another
year. Now, it is also extended to some towns.
