it originated and tell them you are not interested in having them
provide you any information concerning their spammer, but that you are
requesting they forward the information to the Redford Township (MI)
prosecutor for investigation of harassment via electronic means by one
of their criminals currently on probation for similar charges regarding
harassment of others. Fraudulently submitting your email is a violation
of the US Spam Act, a TOS violation of the ISP, and most importantly, a
federal charge in regards to interstate harassment via electronic means.
Websites of which he fraudulently submitted your email address to are
usually more than happy to accommodate. Tell them their user has just
plead guilty to similar charges regarding harassment of others and THEN
give them his name and address. Tell them you are keeping records of all
of your exchanges and complaints should you need to retain legal
counsel.
Be certain to CC your email to , Judge Wirth, and the Redford
Township prosecutor. Judge Wirth is very receptive and interested in any
news regarding lawbreaking by those she places on probation.
