Why illegal CB'ers harass KC8LDO in ng's

No idea if hes law abiding or not. He seems to have upset a few people

CBers in thre USA dont need a licence.... so that is irrelevant

- his identity is open, they must hide

In what way do they hide? And also in what way are they illegal?
