Default This Weekend: Worked All Germany and JARTS WW RTTY


The WAG Contest, sponsored by DARC starts Saturday at 1500 UTC and ends Sunday at 1459 UTC.

The goal is to work as many German districts as possible. The complete list can be found here.

The following frequencies should NOT be used in the contest to avoid interference with JOTA activity:

80m: CW - 3560 - 3800 kHz, SSB - 3650 - 3700 kHz

40m: CW - 7040 - 7200 kHz, SSB - 7080 - 7140 kHz

20m: CW - 14060 - 14350 kHz, SSB - 14100 - 14125 kHz and 14280 - 14350 kHz

15m: SSB - 21350 - 21450 kHz

10m: SSB - 28225 - 28400 kHz

Categories:

Single operator, CW, low power
Single operator, CW, high power
Single operator, mixed, low power
Single operator, mixed, high power
Single operator, mixed, QRP
Multi operator
SWL, single operator

Exchange:

Non-German stations: RS(T) + serial number. German stations: RS(T) + district code.

Logs must be uploaded in Cabrillo format atĀ*http://www.darc.de/referate/dx/conte.../loguploadĀ*no later than October 31.

Still this weekend, for digital operators it is possible to compete in the JARTS WW RTTY Contest managed by JARTS: Japanese Amateur Radio Teleprinter Society. The 2016 rules and 2015 results can be found on their site: www.jarts.jp.
